Let’s not beat around the bush: companies cannot exist without profits. The question is: is profit the only thing that matters? At the expense of everything else? At Wagagai we choose to re-invest a substantial part of our profits in the community, not just out of a sense of responsibility, but also because our nursery could not exist without satisfied employees.
