Amazing news! Today, it was announced that we have won the Employer of the Year Award. The Federation of Uganda Employers (FUE) presented us with this award in the Best Employee Motivation Initiatives 2017 category.

The FUE grants the Employer of the Year Awards every year. The jury especially praised the design and execution of our food parcel programme in tough financial times.

They also mentioned some of Wagagai’s other social initiatives: our day care, the Wagagai Health Centre, our sporting activities and our specific courses aimed at making our employees more knowledgeable.
