What a day!

Wagagai Kids Day has already become tradition, and again this year, close to 1000 kids got a day to remember at the Wagagai Sports grounds.

The day spins around the Wagagai kids soccer tournament. This year the Wagagai Warriors, our own kids team, brought the trophy home. The whole year, our 3 enthusiastic coaches train the local kids on our sports ground, and today it was their time to shine! Thanks so much to the coaches to also make this happen.

It continues to be an amazing event. It’s great to see kids being kids, enjoying the games and patiently standing in line to get on the waterslide, bouncing castle, merry-ground, trampoline and many more attractions.

On the day of the event, our medical team will also be present to administer de-worming treatments to all the children. We take advantage of the opportunity, with so many kids gathered, to address this minor but essential health need.
